Tim has been in IT since he was 14 — got his start working for his parents' company at a young age and never really stopped. Thirty years later he's still building things, just bigger ones: a distributed AI fleet, an automated audit engine, and a stack that does in hours what used to take a team. The last decade was management. This chapter is his. He's a hockey dad first, a builder second, and he'll tell you those two things aren't as different as they sound. Based in the Pacific Northwest. Working from a home office. Not going back.
